Took up my old text book for Greek again, the Kantharos from Klett-Publishing House. And found the following small poem in the appendix:
Δέδυκε μὲν ἀ σελάννα
καὶ Πληίαδες· μέσαι δὲ
νύκτες, παρὰ δ’ ἔρχετ’ ὤρα,
ἔγω δὲ μόνα κατεύδω

déduke: dúô-tr. / duomai intr.: sink, past indicative
érchetai: érchomai, come, go, deponens
